A fun laugh

As I sit here in the waiting room I am watching 5 "older" individuals, three ladies and two men, all between 60 and maybe 75. They all have cell phones, their rings are crazy wild. Some of their phones talk to them. Right now all 5 are trying to figure out how to take and store photos with their phones. I can't imagine ever seeing anything like this group 20 years ago! It just makes me chuckle! :)

Andy -

Please tell Debbie that she is in my prayers always along with your family. I just found out what was going on thru Debbie Leach. Prayer can take you a long way - I wouldn't have made it without all the prayers the last couple of years. A friend of mine told me the following - sometimes you take things day by day, sometimes it is hour by hour, sometimes minute by minute and sometimes you just have to take things second by second. There is an awesome song my Natalie Grant called "Held" if you haven't heard it it is an awesome song. Sometimes when everything just falls apart is when we feel that we are being held by God.

If there is anything I can do please let me know.

My sister talked with several oncology and radiology imaging specialist docs at Cleveland Clinic and they all said that MD Anderson in Texas does the most trials in the nation. But there would be many considerations such as being away from home, having to make contact quickly, etc. Just wanted to pass this on for you. Hope Deb does good tomorrow.

Good morning--hope the port procedure went well last night. I had planned to come see you today, but I can't decide whether I have a cold or just allergies. In case it is a cold, I think I will stay home. You don't need to be exposed to anything right now.

Just wanted to let you know we are thinking about you today. So many people are calling wanting to know how they can help. I will pass along the Coyote Hill suggestion to Tory to tell them.

Will check in again tomorrow. Won't come to see you until I am certain I am not contagious!

Andy,

Suzie let me know about Debbie's fight. I know it's been a long time since we've seen each other, but I've been in constant prayer since I heard. Please let Debbie know I'm praying for you all. I wish I was there to help.

Debbie and Andy,

Our hearts and prayers go out to you in this very hard time. You have been in our prayers since November and of course we will continue to pray for all of you. Just want you to know how much we have always admired both of you and your invaluable leadership in the church at so many levels. Your youth leadership during the mission trip to Kansas City was a very meaningful time for Emily. If you need diversion sometime, I will be glad to send you something she wrote about it and the difference the trip made to her. Think how many others you have touched in ways you may not even know. Sorry Debbie is in so much pain, hope and pray they figure out something to help her very, very soon. We will be watching the blog for Debbie’s progress. Rusty and Leigh Taylor
