Most of you know that I am in full time ministry at Coyote Hill Christian Children's Home. As a social worker it is my calling and passion to help the children there deal with the difficulties in their lives. They have been abused, neglected, and often lost in the chaos of separation from their families. God has provided a place like Coyote Hill to be there for those kids, to surround them in love, and to help them either return home, or find a new life without the abuse.
At this time I am unable to be there for them, to listen to their fears, help them with their anger, and share the love of Christ with them. The house parents are wonderful and are able to do so much, Larry McDaniel the founder and executive director is standing in for me, as is Bill Atherton. We all wear so many hats, and yet are able to provide the ministry in the most fiscally efficient way possible. With my absence the resources are stretched even more.
Please as you are wanting to do something to help Debbie and our family consider going to the Coyote Hill Web site. http://www.coyotehill.org/ take a look around the site, look at the ministry. After seeing what we do, you can then go to the donation page. I would ask that you consider setting up to make a monthly donation. $5.00, $10.00 or more each month. It does not take a lot of money from any one person, but with everyone praying for Deb and our family remember that Coyote Hill is a big part of our family. With my absence at this time they are making do, but with all of your help then Bill can refocus on covering my therapy instead of knocking on doors for donations. The kids there NEED your help, we need your help. If you wish you can add a line on the donation page honoring Debbie.
If you have questions about Coyote Hill you can call the office or e-mail them. This ministry is completely supporting our family in our time of need. Please support them.
Thank you,
Andy

What beautiful words! It's TRUTH that God can make ministry out of misery. I'm so thankful and praying that Andy is seeing that situation for this opportunity.
I love Him for that,
Rod.
